Frequently asked questions
What counts as a credit?
One credit is consumed per clustering run on up to 10 signals. A run on 50 signals uses 5 credits. Viewing existing clusters, chatting with your data, and browsing the dashboard never consume credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can still view all previously generated clusters and use the chat feature. New clustering runs are paused until your credits reset at the start of next month, or until you upgrade to a paid plan.
Is the quality different between Free and paid plans?
Yes. Free uses a basic AI model tuned for smaller signal sets. Every paid plan uses a premium AI model that produces sharper cluster themes and more accurate revenue attribution on large or noisy datasets, especially when signals span multiple products or customer segments.
Pro vs Max: which should I choose?
Both are for one person. Pro gives you 1,000 credits and 3 connector sources per month for $29, enough for steady weekly clustering and the occasional PRD. Max gives you 5,000 credits and 5 connector sources for $99, for power users generating PRDs at sprint scale. Start on Pro and move to Max the first time credits run short.
How do Team and Scale differ?
Both are for teams and add shared seats. Team is $299 for up to 10 seats, 10 connector sources and 10,000 credits per month. Scale is $599 for up to 25 seats, unlimited connector sources and 25,000 credits. Pick Team to start and move to Scale as headcount, sources or usage grow. Larger than 25 seats is Enterprise.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period, with no cancellation fees.
